Who We Are
Tom
Since I began my career lecturing in Psychology at Leeds University, working in business, the NHS and now as part of the Psychology Team I have been passionate about understanding how the human mind works and how sometimes it doesn't help us feel or behave the way that we would like to. I am also passionate about helping people to change their lives for the better by applying the lessons that the science of psychology can teach us. Using proven techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Hypnosis I can help you to feel happier, more contented, more confident, calm and relaxed by developing the strength and self-belief you need to take control of your life and overcome the problems that you face.
I am an accredited member of both the National Hypnotherapy Society and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and adhere to the professional standards set by both of those bodies.
